The Barry Company sold a 33,144-square-foot industrial facility in Port Washington, Wisconsin, to Maritime Holdings, LLC.
The property at 1112 Bywater Drive in the Bywater Business Park formerly housed the warehouse operations of Allen Edmonds. David Buckley of the Barry Company was the exclusive broker on the transaction. Maritime Holdings will occupy the building.
Buckley continues to market about 9.3 acres of vacant land for sale adjacent to the warehouse. The parcels are divisble to one acre.
