Earlier this month, a 21,120-square-foot industrial property in West Allis, Wisconsin, was sold to Game Box Builders, a company that builds and sells arcade style gaming cabinets, desks and other equipment. Game Box was represented by David Buckley of the Barry Company in the purchase.
The newly purchased building is located at 11600 W. Dixon St. and was sold by a family trust, which was represented by John Schlueter of Frontline CRE.
Game Box is planning on using the space as a manufacturing facility to fit the expanding needs of the company and grow its national outreach.
