Thanks in large part to the efforts of St. Louis-based NAI DESCO, O’Fallon, Mo., will soon to be home to a new baseball training facility.
John Sheahan Jr. and Floyd Sweeney, both of NAI DESCO, assisted the landlord and tenant respectively in the lease of a 21,036-square-foot industrial building at 106-108 N. Cool Springs Road in O’Fallon.
The new tenant, Fieldhouse Training Center, will feature indoor batting and pitching facilities for aspiring baseball stars.
