Chicago’s Baum Realty Group recently sold the Bellevue Town Center, a retail center in Green Bay, Wis., anchored by a Copps grocery store.
The sale, which closed in 60 days, was for $12 million.
The center also includes seven small shop spaces and a shadow center anchored by Target.
