B+E, a brokerage and technology platform for net lease real estate, recently listed a Crunch Fitness property the greater Cincinnati area.
This Crunch Fitness is located at 77 Spiral Drive in Florence, Kentucky, for $4 million.
The triple-net-lease building is about 20,916 square feet and sits on about 2.04 acres. The property includes 128 parking spaces and carries a cap rate of 7.25 percent.
The location is also next to the new $1.5 billion Amazon HUB airport, which will bring about 2,700 jobs to the area.
