Jim Doyle Jr. Senior vice president Bellwether Enterprise Cleveland

How important is Jim Doyle Jr. to Cleveland-based Bellwether Enterprise? Consider the figure $1 billion.

During his time at Bellwether Enterprise, Doyle, a senior vice president at the company, has structured and closed equity and debt transactions with a total capitalized value of more than $1 billion.

No wonder Doyle is such a valued member at the company.

Doyle began his career as an auditor before joining Colliers B&K in Denver as a real estate leasing and sales broker.

He returned to Cleveland in 2003, where he began what has now grown into a thriving career in commercial finance. Throughout his career, though, Doyle has shown remarkable diversity. He has worked in commercial real estate finance, tenant and landlord representation, underwriting and debt/equity origination.

It’s fair to say, then, that Doyle knows the commercial real estate industry. It’s rare when he runs into a situation that he hasn’t earlier encountered in his career.

For instance, while completing his more than $1 billion worth of transactions at Bellwether Enterprise, Doyle has closed various investments into office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hotels, self-storage and parking assets.

He has also worked with clients to help them negotiate discounted payoffs, note sales, equity and joint venture structuring, property valuation, lease review and investor return analysis.

This ability to serve all his clients, and to provide them with high-quality advice, has served Doyle well throughout his career. He maintains a large roster of long-time clients, some who have worked with him for years.

Despite his busy career, Doyle has also found time to give back to his industry. He is a member of NAIOP and the Greater Cleveland Mortgage Bankers Association. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.

Doyle graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
