Berkadia closed the sale of Franklin Park Apartments in West LaFayette, Indiana.
Chris Bruzas, Alex Blagojevich and Greg Gonzalez of Berkadia’s Chicago office and Kevin Larimar of the company’s Detroit office negotiated the transaction.
A family owner out of California sold Franklin Park. Birge and Held purchased the apartment property.
The 168-unit asset is located next to Sagamore Parkway just north of Purdue University. Each unit features central air, carpeting, a patio/balcony and dishwasher.
