Philip Hoffman recently joined Berkeley Point Capital LLC as director of seniors and healthcare loan originations. He will operate out of the firm’s Columbus, Ohio, office, providing borrowers with seniors housing capital solutions.
Before arriving at Berkeley Point, Hoffman served in a number of roles at Red Capital Group, including vice president and, most recently, director in the firm’s seniors housing and healthcare group.
His experience includes significant production of seniors housing agency and FHA financing, balance sheet and mezzanine financing and financial advisory engagements.
