Southfield, Mich.-based Bernard Financial Group recently arranged a $5.4-million loan for the 125,723-square-foot Sterling Town Center in Sterling Heights, Mich.
The borrowing entity is Sterling Limited Partnership, LLC. Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich originated the loan.
The lender for this project was Symetra Life Insurance Company, a servicing correspondent of Bernard Financial Group.
