Southfield, Mich.-based Bernard Financial Group arranged a $2.05 million loan on a free-standing CVS drug store in Commerce Township, Mich.
The borrowing entity is Bogie Commerce Associates II. Dennis Bernard and David Dismondy with Bernard Financial Group originated the loan.
