Bianco Properties has begun a major renovation project of the 36,505-square-foot Dempster Crossing shopping center in Morton Grove, Ill.
The renovation will give the shopping center — located at the busy intersection of Harlem Avenue and Dempster Street — a more upscale and modern look. The center will feature a new electornic message center sign and a “lifestyle center” architectural theme.
Bianco Properties purchased the center in 2013. Current tenants in the center include Subway, Bedding Experts, Sarpino’s Pizzeria and Great American Bagel.
