BigMachines Inc. has expanded into an additional 18,177 square feet at its current location of 570 Lake Cook Road in Deerfield. The company will now occupy a total of 51,988 square feet.
Founded in 2000, BigMachines offers cloud-based configuration, pricing and quoting solutions to more than 250 companies in industries including software, high tech, manufacturing, medical devices, financial services, telecommunications and media among others. BigMachines products help companies sell more by streamlining and automating manual processes and ensuring quoting accuracy.
CBRE’s Todd Lippman, Dan Graham and James Otto represented BigMachines Inc. in the transaction and CBRE’s Mike Whisler and Adam Showalter represented the landlord, Deerbrook Center LLC.
