Black Gate Partners, a provider of commercial real estate services, recently negotiated the sale of Northgate Plaza, a 15,219-square-foot retail center in Westerville, Ohio. The center sold for $2.9 million.

The center is located at 5979 Maxtown Road and N. State Street. It is shadow-anchored by Kroger and Home Depot. Major tenants include PetPeople, Kumon and Trek Bicycle.
