Sam’s Club is the newest anchor tenant to join the Raymore Galleria shopping center in Raymore, Mo., a shopping center that Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is serving as leasing/development agent.
Sam’s Club purchased 17.3 acres of land. Construction crews began construction of the 136,085-square-foot store in early January. The store is expected to open in October.
Raymore Galleria is a 400,000-square-foot retail center.
David Block and Becky Goodman of Block & Company handled the Sam’s Club transaction.
