Kansas City-based Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently secured a 10-year lease from Kansas Sampler for a 23,000-square-foot property in Wichita, Kan.
The new Wichita location will serve as a larger prototype store, and is scheduled to open in early February.
Kansas Sampler/Rally House operates eight retail stores throughout the Kansas City area, Topeka and Lawrence, Kan. It also operates four locations in Texas.
Steve Gasperi and Chris Hitchcock of Block & Company represented Kansas Sampler, while Classic Real Estate represented the landlord, J&K Properties, in the lease transaction.
