Aaron Mesmer and Michael Block of Block Real Estate Services handled the sale of the Shadow Creek Apartments, a 231-unit apartment community in Kansas City, Mo., that is 93 percent occupied and 96 percent leased.
Shadow Creek features 13 apartment buildings, a clubhouse and a maintenance garage on a 17.2-acre site just east of Interstate-435 south of Bannister Road.
