Ken Block, managing principal of Kansas City’s Block Real Estate Services, was named as one of Kansas City’s most powerful business leaders by the Kansas City Business Journal.
In explaining their selection, the magazine’s editors said that Block is omnipresent in the Kansas City area.
“In the Kansas City area, it’s hard to drive more than a few blocks without seeing one of his firm’s signs on a retail, office or industrial property,” the journal wrote.
