Block Real Estate Services‘ Nall Corporate Centre I development in Overland Park, Kansas, home of Teva Pharmaceuticals, is now Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified.
The Teva Pharmaceuticals project is located at the southwest corner of College Boulevard and Nall Avenue about 13 miles southwest of downtown Kansast City, Mo. The 154,268-square-foot building is 100-percent leased by Teva Pharmaceuticals.
Sustainable features including erosion and sedimentation control, drip irrigation, energy management systems, energy efficient mechanical systems and low-flow bathrooms were installed to conserve water.
