Block Real Estate Services was one of the top sponsors for the Lenexa Art Fair, held in Lenexa, Kansas, on May 12.
The 2014 Lenexa Art Fair was a one-day event that featured 50 local artist, fine music, local food trucks and a variety of activities throughout the day.
During the art fair, Block Real Estate Services featured its newest development, WaterCrest at City Center. WaterCrest is a multi-family development that will consist of 306 luxury units in the heart of Lenexa.
WaterCrest’s amenities will include top-of-the-line apartments with access to pools, clubhouses, tanning and personal training options. The development will be ready for phase I move-in in September of 2014 and final completion by mid-2015.
