CenterPoint has announced it has leased 231,742 square feet of its CenterPoint Industrial Center at 900 Knell Road in Montgomery, IL, to online book retailer SecondSale.com.
The Industrial Center sits on 71 acres less than five miles from I-88 in west suburban Chicago. In addition to Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway’s service, the facility has a 30′ clear-height, 79 loading docks and nine drive-in doors. The parking component at 900 Knell is another notable feature, with space to accommodate nearly 200 trailers and more than 600 cars within a fully fenced and secured lot.
