Banner Plumbing and Supply Company has renewed its lease in Buffalo Grove for 101,890 square feet at 1020 East Lake Cook Road. The single-tenant building serves as both Banner’s warehouse and showroom facility.
Robin Stolberg and Kurt Sarbaugh of JLL represented the tenant while Tom Maher of Hamilton Partners represented the landlord, Hamilton Partners.
