Cushman & Wakefield has been selected to represent Briar Meads Capital as landlord leasing agent for its newest asset in the Chicago market: 2441 & 2443 Warrenville Road in Lisle, Illinois. The firm is tasked with procuring new tenants for the property while NAI Hiffman will bring new tenant-focused professional property management to the facilities.

A top rated, well-capitalized landlord, Briar Meads is already in the process of reinvigorating the property—formerly known as Westwood of Lisle but newly rebranded The Westwood—with a slate of updated amenities and improvements designed in conjunction with Wright Heerema Architects. Dan Svachula, Michael Simpson, Adam Showalter and Allyson Yates of Cushman & Wakefield represent Brian Meads as leasing agents.

The Westwood is part of the I-88 East/West Tech Corridorc and onsists of 300,000 square feet across two office towers built in 1991 and 1997, with 157,426 square feet currently available for lease. The buildings offer a full cadre of amenities and are well located along I-88 with prominent highway signage opportunities.

“We plan to significantly enhance The Westwood with thoughtfully designed, tenant-focused amenity reinventions, and attract tenants both small and large with a strong value proposition for their office needs,” said Seth Berkowitz of Briar Meads. “We look forward to delivering this exciting new space to the market later this year.”

Renovations will include upgrades and expansions to the café, fitness center, conference center, lounges and outdoor areas in addition to renovations of the lobby and common area spaces. Current tenants include the GSA and Capgemini.
