Chicago-based Bridge Development Partners, LLC has announced the addition of Jonathan Pozerycki and Nick Siegel as Financial Analysts responsible for the financial feasibility underwriting for all aspects of the development process across the firm’s growing portfolio in Chicago, New Jersey, Miami and Los Angeles including new acquisitions, due diligence, project marketing, and the coordination of debt financing.
Jon joins Bridge from CenterPoint Properties in Chicago where he served as an Analyst for the development and investment departments underwriting prospective industrial development and acquisition transactions—including joint ventures—in numerous national submarkets. During his tenure, Jon also assisted in the coordination and preparation of investment and board presentations for all new developments, acquisitions, and dispositions. He is a graduate of Colgate University where he received his bachelor’s degree. Jon is also currently pursuing a Business Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University. He is an active member of NAIOP.
Nick joins Bridge from CBRE where he was an analyst for the industrial investment sales team based in Chicago where he was responsible for the underwriting of primarily industrial assets on a one-off and portfolio basis across the country, the creation of marketing materials and facilitation of the due diligence process. Nick is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a double major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investments and Banking. He is a member of NAIOP and the WREAA.
