Brinkmann Constructors joins forces with St. Louis-based firm specializing in food-industry construction

Brinkmann Constructors has joined forces with Ficon Construction in St. Louis.

Ficon, an acronym for “food industry construction,” is a St. Louis-based firm specializing in building solutions for clients in the food and beverage industry. This collaboration aims to expand Brinkmann’s presence in the food and beverage industry as well as its cold storage expertise.

Charlie Hirschi, who established Ficon in 1992, has joined the Brinkmann team as Executive Director of Food and Beverage.

With over 30 years in the industry, Hirschi brings a wealth of experience and a portfolio exceeding 20 million square feet of national cold storage and food industry projects. His leadership will guide Brinkmann’s efforts to strengthen its build-to-suit, cold storage, food and beverage and manufacturing capabilities.
