Brookfield, Wis.-based Briohn Building Corporation has been contracted to design and construct a 72,000-square-foot class-A industrial multi-tenant building for Sanborn Tube Sales of Wisconsin, Inc. in Pewaukee, Wis.
The building will be precast concrete with 24′ clear height and have 21,600 square feet of vacant space that is being marketed by David Buckley of Cassidy Turley Barry.
The ground-breaking ceremony was scheduled for July 17. Completion of the building is scheduled for December of 2012.
Sanborn Tube Sales of Wisconsin, Inc., is a manufacturer’s representative and distributor of tubing, bar stock, aluminum extrusions and custom-fabricated parts to diverse industries, including medical, marine, point-of-purchase, automobile, recreational and job shops.
