Broadstep Behavioral Health, Inc. will move its Wisconsin Business Office, Community Support Program and pharmacy to Cobalt Partners’ Allis Yards development in West Allis, Wisconsin, effective October of 2020.
Recently re-branded to Broadstep from Bell Therapy and Phoenix Care Systems, the move enables greater communication and collaboration among Broadstep programs and provides the necessary space required for increased growth and service to the many individuals in Milwaukee County who need support.
Cobalt Partners acquired parcels comprising nearly 23 acres on South 70th Street in Spring 2019, and contractors have spent months fully renovating three buildings on the west side of 70th Street and razing a nearly 400,000-square-foot building on the east side of 70th Street to facilitate its planned $132 million mixed-use redevelopment.
Cobalt Partners also is planning to develop a 360,000-square-foot mixed-use office building directly across from the 100-percent occupied 1126 South building in the future.
CBRE’s Alyssa Geisler, John Mazza and Lacey Fisher represented Cobalt Partners in the transaction.
VJS Development Group provided real estate services as the tenant representative and VJS Construction Services will continue to work with Broadstep Behavioral Health and Cobalt Partners to provide design-build services for the new space.
