Brown Commercial Group has completed four leases and a sale transaction totaling 17,511 square feet in Chicago’s western suburbs. Each transaction involved businesses expanding into infill space in a tightening industrial real estate market.
Brown Commercial Group sales associate Maria McNeil represented elevator accessory company Vator Accessories in its 7,384-square-foot lease at 1444 Bernard Drive in Addison, Illinois. The tenant is relocating from a smaller space in West Chicago due to the central DuPage County location and access to area transportation routes.
Sales associate Brian Lindgren represented tenants in two transactions next door to each other in Naperville, Illinois, closing both in the same week. He represented Partners in Performance, an auto repair company, in its 5,097-square-foot lease at 550 Industrial Drive, Unit C. The landlord, a private investor, was self-represented. Lindgren also represented residential real estate company Luxury Real Estate LLC in its 1,600-square-foot lease at 600 Industrial Drive, Suite 202. He also represented the landlord, a private investor.
In Batavia, Illinois, Lindgren represented Foxes AV Ltd. in its lease of 1,980 square feet at 1713 E. Wilson Street. Brown Commercial Group vice president of sales Mike Antonelli represented the landlord, a private investor. Finally, McNeil represented the buyer, Ankit Panchal, in purchasing 1,450 square feet at 47 Sangra Court in Streamwood, Illinois. Lindgren represented the seller, Bast Properties LLC.
