Brown Commercial Group represented the landlord in a new lease and lease renewal at neighboring spaces at 288 Carlton Drive and 300 Carlton Drive in Carol Stream, Illinois.
Mike Antonelli, vice president of sales at Brown Commercial Group, represented the owner, a private investor, in a new lease of 14,800 square feet at 288 Carlton to start-up Crafty, LLC. Transwestern’s John Coleman and Larry Serota represented the tenant. The building includes office and industrial warehouse space for storage, maintenance and transport of their product and services.
The second transaction, Antonelli represented the same owner in a long-term lease renewal for a 12,000 square foot space for First American Title Insurance Company. The company has occupied the building for several years.
“With one start-up and one well-established company signing leases in the western suburbs, we’re seeing that all types of businesses expanding or holding steady,” Antonelli said in a statement. “The building owner has maintained these buildings well and they should make good locations for their tenants for years to come.”
