Brown Commercial Group has completed four leases totaling 25,427 square feet in Chicago’s western suburbs. Each transaction was for a growing company expanding its space to meet new business needs.
Brown Commercial Group broker Brian Lindgren represented building owner MF II LLC in leasing 10,052 square feet at 365 Production Drive in South Elgin, Illinois to UFO Plastics USA, a motorcycle parts manufacturer. Cresa Chicago’s Jay Cook represented the tenant.
Lindgren also represented Caprio Quality Solutions, LLC, a lighting contractor, in its new lease of 5,000 square feet at 225 N. Arlington Heights Road in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Century 21’s Linda Durec represented the landlord, a private investor.
Brown Commercial Group partner Trinity Scurto represented both the tenant, LEMA Transportation, Inc., and the landlord, Plan View Partnerships, in a 7,639-square-foot lease at 801 Dave Pate Drive in Roselle, Illinois.
Brown Commercial Group broker Matt Hanson represented roof repair and insurance claim specialist V&A Construction in its lease of 2,736 square feet at 587 Edgewood in Wood Dale, Illinois. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Matella represented the landlord, a private investor. The transaction had to be completed within a short time frame to meet the needs of the tenant.
