Brown Commercial Group has negotiated four transactions totaling 49,025 square feet throughout Chicago’s suburbs.
In the largest transaction, Brown Commercial Group partner Trinity Scurto represented West Lake Commercial LLC in its acquisition of the 21,450-square-foot building at 1735 Cortland Court in Addison, Illinois. Scurto negotiated and closed the transaction in 30 days. Lee & Associates’ Jay Farnan and Andrew Block represented the seller.
Brown Commercial Group broker Brian Lindgren represented Willow Tree LLC in the sale of an 18,095-square-foot industrial building at 1635 Lancaster Road in South Elgin, Illinois to Caracas Transportation, Inc. The buyer, a trucking company, is expanding from its previous location in Hoffman Estates, Illinois and required a location with expansive truck parking. Worth Clark Realty’s Ilie Haures represented the buyer.
“We continue to see transportation, logistics and other industrial firms expanding in the Chicago market and looking for well-located sites that allow them to easily connect to major transportation routes,” said Dan Brown, president of Brown Commercial Group. “Given the limited supply of truck parking throughout suburbs, those types of spaces are in big demand.”
Lake County LLC leased 6,980 square feet at 916 Donata Court in Lake Zurich, Illinois, to Beyond Components, Inc. Brown Commercial Group senior broker Mason Hezner represented the tenant, a distributor of high-end electronics and electromechanical equipment. Beyond Components was consolidating its Schaumburg and Wheeling locations into a more convenient space. Leslie Webber of New London Associates represented the landlord.
Finally, broker Candace Scurto represented the owner of 410 Bonnie Lane in Elk Grove Village, Illinois in its lease of 2,500 square feet to Loop Foods, LLC. SVN Chicago Commercial’s Jacob Strom represented the tenant, a food truck company.
