Integrated Distribution Services (IDS), a provider of supply chain solutions for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer retailers, has chosen Browning/Duke Realty to build its new fulfillment center and corporate headquarters in AllPoints Midwest, a bulk industrial park being developed by the two companies in Plainfield, Indiana.
Scheduled for delivery in early 2016, the 450,738-square-foot facility is being built to IDS’ specifications on a 28.2-acre site in thebusiness park, an area that is fast becoming a hub for companies involved in cutting-edge logistics and e-commerce business.
Representing IDS in its location search and ultimate site selection and negotiations were Pete Quinn, Andrea Hopper and Jimmy Cohoat of Cushman & Wakefield|Summit.
