Browning Investments completed the leasing of 250,000 square feet to Spectra Premium Industries, a manufacturer and distributor of automotive parts for aftermarket and OE segments, in the Axcess70 industrial development in Greenfield, Ind.
With the Spectra lease, the two Axcess70 buildings totaling 673,000 square feet are now fully occupied. About 80 acres of shovel-ready sites are still available for build-to-suit facilities ranging from 150,000 square feet to 1.3 million square feet.
