As Executive Vice President, Hart will oversee PREMIER’s business operations and continue to broaden its portfolio of projects across the East Coast. With a population of nearly 60 million people, according to the U.S. Census Bureau, the region represents the largest construction market in the country. As PREMIER intensifies its focus on this growth market, Hart’s deep knowledge of the industry and proven leadership make him well-suited to empower and enhance the company’s prominence in the region.
Hart joins PREMIER with an impressive track record that includes leading operations across a range of national construction companies and architectural and engineering consulting firms. Holding a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and an MBA from SUNY Oswego, he brings coveted skills in client service, risk management, collaboration, and project execution to strengthen PREMIER’s commitment to delivering superior results.
As a proven leader and former Chief Operations Officer, Hart will leverage his construction, business, and legal expertise to drive PREMIER’s business objectives forward. His numerous accolades include recognition on Engineering News-Record’s Top 20 Under 40 and Building Design+Construction’s 40 Under 40. He also holds OSHA 10- and 30-hour Certifications and a Health Care Constructor Certification from the American Society for Health Care Engineering.
