Byline Bank stood out as a top-tier small business employer based on confidential employee surveys, indirect endorsements, employee retention metrics, and analysis of thousands of social media posts to determine the company’s interactions with its workforce.
Presented in collaboration with Statista Inc., a leading statistics portal and premier industry ranking provider, rankings were determined using over seven million data points from more than 10,000 companies employing 200 to 1,000 workers to select the top 300 companies garnering the highest cumulative scores based on employee satisfaction, public opinion data, and social listening data.
