The owner of the five-story Nike Chicago flagship store is seeking a sale of the property, according to Crain’s. The property includes connected three- and nine-story buildings on each side of Nike’s store, in a deal that could fetch more than $300 million.
Cushman & Wakefield has been hired to sell the buildings at 663, 669 and 673 N. Michigan Ave, by a venture of the Wisconsin Investment Board-which has owned the retail property for more than two decades. The property is being marketed under the name 669 Mag Mile.
