Capstone Apartment Partners has announced that the firm is expanding its brokerage operations to Cincinnati, Ohio, to pursue new growth opportunities to better serve its clients.
The Cincinnati office will be led by newly appointed managing director, Stasiu Geleszinsky. He will be joined by Nathan Murphy and Sherief Gouda.
Collectively, the Ohio team’s sales volume totals more than 5,000 units in servicing nearly 100 multifamily brokerage transactions across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
