Caring Communities, the industry’s first, member-owned liability insurance company exclusively serving not-for-profit senior housing and care organizations, purchased a 4,507-square-foot office condo in the multi-tenant office building at 1850 Winchester Road, Libertyville. The building is centrally located between Route 21 and Route 45 in Libertyville.
Caring Communities has also pioneered and continues to design risk management practices that increase resident safety by preventing incidents that could lead to injury.
