CarrBaierCrandall Real Estate Group in Kansas City has added S. Frazier Bell and Mike Rothwell to its senior management team.
The two bring a combined total of 37 years of healthcare and real estate experience to the company.
Bell, with 28 years of real estate experience, joins CBC as vice president of development. Before joining CBC, Bell served as managing principal of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. He led Cassidy Turley’s national brokerage practice in 2010 and 2011.
Rothwell is also a vice president of development. He has nine years of experience in commercial real estate. Before joining CBC, Rothwell was responsible for the development and leasing of more than 250,000 square feet of medical, office, hospital and outpatient surgical facilities.
