CarrBaierCrandall Real Estate Group is now the real estate consultant for Lee’s Summit, Mo.
Members of Lee’s Summit’s city council approved a two-year on-call agreement for real estate brokerage services with CarrBaierCrandall. The company will serve as a consultant advising the city on how to best market for sale the properties that it owns. CarrBaierCrandall will also advise the city on acquiring new property and provide recommendations for the disposition of property.
CarrBaierCrandall has extensive experience in municipal work. Development manager Jason Glasrud will act as the lead contact for the company as it works with the city of Lee’s Summit.
