Morgan / Harbour Construction has hired industry veteran Rich Cassidy as senior project manager.
Cassidy brings more than 35 years of experience to his new role with Morgan / Harbour. He will contribute to the design/build and construction processes including budget development, scope clarification, contract buyout, scheduling and team coordination with safety and critical path responsibilities. He will manage project execution to ensure adherence to the budget and schedule as well as safety and quality standards.

Cassidy will also lead the charge for the firm’s Safety program. He will maintain an up-to-date field manual and fine-tune some of the procedural aspects of the program. Prior to joining Morgan / Harbour, Cassidy served as a senior project manager/director of safety & training with Builtech Construction in Schaumburg, Illinois. He attended Chicago City Colleges and currently resides in Bolingbrook, IL.
