Cassidy Turley closes sale of nine-building industrial portfolio in Indianapolis

Cassidy Turley has negotiated the sale of a nine-building, multi-tenant industrial portfolio in Indianapolis to Chicago-based CrossLake Partners.

The investment portfolio includes buildings 31, 52, 66, 79, 80, 109, 112, 133 and 641 in the Park 100 Business Park, which is located in the northwest submarket of Indianapolis. Cassidy Turley senior managing director Jeff Castell represented Duke Realty Corp. in the sale.

CrossLake Partners has selected Cassidy Turley to lease and manage the portfolio. Senior vice president Fritz Kauffman and senior vice president Todd Vannatta will lead project leasing, and senior property manager Chad Haneline will lead property management.

The portfolio is 97 percent occupied and totals 439,194 square feet.
