The Delmar Gardens office park in Chesterfield, Mo., received The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award from the Building Owners and Managers Association International. Cassidy Turley leases and manages the property.
Delmar Gardens is the first international TOBY award winner in St. Louis in 18 years.
Delmar Gardens won in the suburban office park low-rise category, competing against buildings in five other regions. Delmar Gardens includes two 60,000-square-foot three-story Class-A office and medical facilities.
“The buildings have become a landmark in the community due to their unique design, prominent visibility and accessibility,” said Gabe Grossberg, president and chief executive officer of Delmar Gardens, in a press release.
