Jennifer Pelant has been promoted to associate vice president. Pelant joined Cassidy Turley in 2008 and specializes in the sales and leasing of retail properties in the North Metro Twin Cities area.
Mark Richardson has been promoted to assistant chief operating engineer. Richardson joined Cassidy Turley in 2011, having held the position of chief engineer at Cushman & Wakefield since 2004.
