Cassidy Turley recently made two promotions in its Minneapolis/St. Paul property management division.
Dawn Grant took over as operations manager for the Minneapolis/St. Paul property management division, while Michelle Nichols has been promoted to senior property manager.
Grant will lead the property management teams and oversee performance on client accounts. She will also oversee staff development for the property management division in the Twin Cities.
Nichols will continue to provide management services for her portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the Twin Cities, but primarily located in the North Warehouse and Central Business Districts of Minneapolis.
