Cassidy Turley in October sold the 9,588-square-foot North Star Mattress Building in Medina, Minn. Brokers Tim Olsen and Noam Newman with Cassidy Turley represented the owners, Jim and Lynette Metz.
The property sold for $799,000.
Local entrepreneur Robb Stauber purchased the building, and will continue to operate North Star Mattress from the location at 3795 Pinto Drive. Stauber is a former goalie in the NHL and attended the University of Minnesota.
