Andy Velkme has joined Caton Commercial Real Estate Group as senior commercial broker.
He now works with owners, operators, developers and investors primarily in retail and office leasing, acquisition and disposition as well as development opportunity identification and acquisition.
Velkme previously spent more than 15 years in the market research industry, most recently as the director of a global research solutions firm.
