Cawley Chicago’s O’Hare industrial team recently completed the sale of a 50,400 square foot multi-tenant industrial facility located in the center of the north suburban submarket of Schaumburg, IL. Principal, Andrew Maletich, Vice-President, Matt Garland and Associate, Dustin Albers represented the buyer, HAK Management in this transaction. “There was an initial challenge to accommodate the suitable size range and deal structure for our client because the current demand is outpacing the supply,” says Maletich, “however 2246 Palmer Drive was an attractive building to our client based on proximity to O’Hare airport and because it was 100% leased.” The details of the sale were not disclosed.
