Cawley Chicago principal Rawly Lantz alongside senior associate Justin Harris recently helped facilitate the sale of a 45,000-square-foot medical office building at 9050 W. 81st St. in Justice, Illinois, a south suburb of Chicago.
The two-story facility is anchored by tenant Willow Springs Surgery Center, which is operated by Nephrology Associates of Northern Illinois.
Cawley Chicago represented the seller First Step Holdings in this transaction and will retain the leasing assignment going forward. They buyer was an undisclosed private local investor.
