Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate recently represented Crest Hill Business Park in two recent transactions totaling 63 acres. The land parcels were sold to Dayton Freight Lines Inc. and Old Dominion Freight Line Inc. Dayton Freight Lines was exclusively represented by Eric Olson of Olcorp LLC and Old Dominion Freight Line was exclusively represented by David Lane of Burr & Temkin. Both companies purchased the sites for expansion of their Midwest operations and will be developing the sites this year.
Dayton Freight is a freight service provider headquartered in the Midwest servicing United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Guam. Old Dominion is a transportation solutions company with a global reach.
The Crest Hill Business Park offers the potential for rail service and is an ideal location for any trucking, outside storage or heavy manufacturing and distribution uses based on current M-1 zoning in place that pre-approves these uses within the park. The Crest Hill Business Park has sites from three to 35 contiguous acre options remaining.
