This former Caterpillar site, totaling approximately 120,000 square feet on 15 acres of industrial space was owned by CenterPoint Properties and purchased by TRT Intermodal. Principal, Joshua Hearne, SIOR and Reinier Pranger represented the buyer in this off-market transaction. “CenterPoint was instrumental in helping our client navigate through obstacles and secure the sale,” says Hearne. The property was sold for an undisclosed amount.
